Please send the following:

  1. A valid passport.
  2. 1 completed online Russia Visa Application, filled out online and then printed. (The Passport and Visa Company can assist with online application for a $35 fee.) Please Note: 2 Visa Applications are required for Multiple Entry.
  3. 1 passport photo, color and 2″ x 2″ (applicant must not show any facial expressions in photo, shoulders must be square and face in the middle of photo).
    Please Note: 2 passport photos are required for Multiple Entry.
  4. Russian Authorization Form.
  5. For tourist applicants, Intourist Voucher from Russian Hotel or Invitation from Family via Foreign Ministry.
  6. For tourists applicants, copy of itinerary or airline tickets.
  7. For business applicants, a business letter on your company’s letterhead.
  8. For business applicants, Invitation Letter approved by Foreign Ministry.
  9. Completed The Passport & Visa Company Order Form
